- Oxford International Education Group (OIEG) has participated in the British Council’s Partnered Remote Language Improvement Project (PRELIM) for three consecutive years. Teachers in over 40 countries benefit from the programme, which provides them with essential resources for the classroom.
- OIEG has partnered with a Cameroonian education provider this year, building on their previous work in Pakistan and Laos to create innovative educational resources.

The 10th of February, 2023 in London: For the third year in a row, the British Council and English UK have invited Oxford International Education Group (OIEG) to take part in their Partnered Remote Language Improvement Project (PRELIM).
The PRELIM Project will begin in 2021 with the intention of enhancing the education of students everywhere. Funded by the British Council, this initiative helps educators in more than 40 countries improve their command of the English language in the classroom.
The PRELIM Project is a joint effort between the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL) and English UK, with management consulting support from NILE.
Over 5,500 educators worldwide have participated in the PRELIM programme, which aims to improve access, delivery, and outcomes in the TESOL industry through the development of partnerships, the encouragement of educators, and the formation of communities of English language teachers.

To boost educators’ comfort in teaching English, OIEG participated in the PRELIM 1 and PRELIM 2 projects. More than a hundred educators in Pakistan and Laos were impacted by OIEG’s initiatives. PRELIM 3 is a collaboration between OIEG and the English Language and Literature Teachers’ Society of Cameroon (ELTS-CAMELTA) to create cutting-edge pedagogical resources for teachers everywhere.
